Cancellation and refunds

This page explains how cancellation and refunds work for Atolye credits. It applies once payments open.

Credits you have not used

You may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason, and the credits you have not used are refunded in full.

Credits you have used

For credits you use after confirming at checkout that the service may start immediately, the right of withdrawal ends and no refund is made, because the service has been performed. Using the service without that confirmation does not end your right of withdrawal.

Failed images and errors

• If an image cannot be produced, you are not charged for it.
• If an image fails the product check, you are not charged for it.
• If a payment is taken by mistake, or a job fails through our fault and cannot be run again, we restore the credits or refund the amount.

Subscriptions

Atolye has no subscription. If monthly plans are offered, this page will explain how to cancel them before they start.

How to ask

Write to support@lorelabs.co with your account e-mail address and the order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
