Atolye is not open yet. This policy describes how the service will work once it opens, and what it says about a feature that is not on the site yet applies once that feature opens.
This policy explains what information LoreLabs Yazılım Limited Şirketi ("LoreLabs") collects for Atolye, why it collects it, and who it shares it with. Your rights are set out in detail in the KVKK notice.
Who is responsible
LoreLabs is the data controller for your account data: your e-mail address, your sign-in details, your credits and purchases, and your support messages. For photos you upload that show a person, you are the data controller, and LoreLabs processes those photos only to deliver the service to you.
What we collect
- Account data: your e-mail address and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, the name and e-mail address Google shares with us.
- Your uploads: the garment photos you send and the product details you add.
- Your images: the images and videos Atolye produces for you.
- Usage and security records: your credit history, job records, IP address and error logs.
Who processes data for us
The service runs on providers that process data on our behalf. We name them here:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosting, sign-in, the database and file storage.
- Eachlabs: runs the image and video generation models that process your uploads.
- The payment institution (once payments open): card payments. Card numbers go to the licensed payment institution, and we never store them.
Their servers may be outside Türkiye. For these transfers we will rely on the standard contracts provided in Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
For legal review
The standard contracts, their notification to the Authority, and the providers' terms on training and retention are not yet verified. This section becomes final only after legal review.
Training and face recognition
We do not use your uploads or your images to train artificial intelligence models. Atolye has no face recognition feature, and it does not animate or reuse the faces in your uploads.
How long we keep data
Original photos are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set in the service, and when you delete your account. Seven days before an original photo is deleted, its product page shows a notice, and you can download the photo until then. The images Atolye produces stay in your account until you delete them.
For legal review
The retention period is a setting, and its value has not been decided yet. Once it is, this page will state it in days.
Cookies
Atolye sets no non-essential cookies. The site loads no analytics or advertising tools, and its fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google for them. Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is kept only in your browser's local storage.
If we ever add a category of non-essential cookies, a consent banner arrives with it, with decline preselected, and nothing in that category runs until you accept it.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@lorelabs.co. Your rights under the KVKK are set out in the KVKK notice.
