Distance sales agreement

This agreement applies once payments open on Atolye. Until then, nothing can be bought and no payment is taken.

1. Parties

Buyer: the natural or legal person who creates a Atolye account and buys credits. The buyer's details are those given at the time of the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale of Atolye credits, which are used to produce garment images and videos in electronic form, and the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The service is delivered electronically. No physical goods are delivered.

3. Credits and price

The number of credits in each pack and its price are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, before you pay. The price shown at the time of the order applies. The credit cost of each job is shown before you start it.

4. Order and payment

You choose a pack and pay through a licensed payment institution. Card details are processed only by that institution, and LoreLabs does not store card numbers. Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the order without giving a reason, and you receive a full refund for the credits you have not used.

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a service performed instantly in electronic form once its performance has started with your approval. At checkout we therefore ask you, in a separate checkbox that is never preselected, to confirm that you want the service to start immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. The purchase cannot be completed without this confirmation.

Using the service does not by itself count as this confirmation. The right of withdrawal ends only for the credits you use after you have given it, and for unused credits it continues for 14 days.

To withdraw, write to support@lorelabs.co with your account e-mail address and the order details. We refund the amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

6. Performance

Performance starts when the credits are added to your account. If an image cannot be produced, or it fails the product check, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

7. General provisions

You confirm that the details you give at the time of the order are accurate. LoreLabs may suspend access in case of misuse, fraud or a breach of the Terms of use.

The consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence or at the seller's have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year.

This agreement takes effect when you approve it electronically at the time of the order.
