Terms of use

Atolye is not open yet. These terms apply once the service opens.

These terms govern your use of Atolye, a service of LoreLabs Yazılım Limited Şirketi ("LoreLabs"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Atolye turns a phone photo of a garment into images and short videos for selling it: white background images, images on a model, social media formats and template videos. It is a tool for sellers. It is not a marketplace, a publishing tool or a virtual try-on app for shoppers. Features open step by step, and a feature that is not yet on the site is not part of these terms.

2. The garment stays the same

Atolye may change the model, the background, the light, the setting and the framing. It never changes the garment's color, print, logo, fabric, cut, length, closures or details. Requests to change the garment itself are declined.

Every result is checked against your original photo. A result that fails this product check is labeled, and you are not charged for it. Still, compare every image with the real product before you publish it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything done under your account. If you suspect misuse, tell us at support@lorelabs.co.

4. Rights to what you upload

By uploading a photo, you confirm the following:

• You own the photo or have the right to use it. This includes photos you received from a wholesaler or a supplier.
• If a person's face is visible in the photo, you have that person's permission. Where a feature asks for this confirmation, such as replacing the model, your answer is recorded with its date and time.
• The photo does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or personal rights.

If a claim is made against LoreLabs because an upload breaks these confirmations, you are responsible for it.

5. Your images

You may use the images you produce commercially, to sell and promote your own products. The models in the images are generated by artificial intelligence and are not based on a real person.

6. Advertising and marketplace rules

You decide where and how you publish your images, and you are responsible for following the rules of each channel and the law, including the rules on disclosing human-like characters generated by artificial intelligence in advertising. Marketplaces judge misleading images under their own rules. Atolye does not add text to main marketplace images. Nothing Atolye shows you is legal advice.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of children. Children's clothing is produced only on a white background or on a ghost mannequin, never on a model.
• Do not ask for sexualized poses or images. Underwear, swimwear and sheer garments are produced in neutral, standing poses, or on a white background.
• Do not try to make a model look like a real or famous person, and do not use a real person's face as a model.
• Do not use Atolye to make a garment look different from what the buyer will receive.
• Do not try to disrupt or overload the service, or to get around its limits.

We may decline a request that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or close an account after repeated or serious breaches.

8. Data we process on your behalf

For photos you upload that show a person, you are the data controller and LoreLabs acts as your data processor. We process these photos only to deliver the service you ask for; we keep them confidential; we protect them with appropriate technical and organizational measures; we use only the providers named in the Privacy policy (Google and Eachlabs); we delete them when the retention period ends or when you delete your account; and we help you answer requests from the people who appear in them.

9. Credits and payment

Atolye runs on credits. The credit cost of each job is shown before you start it. If an image cannot be produced, or it fails the product check, the credits for it are returned. Purchases, withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Distance sales agreement and the Cancellation and refunds page.

10. Liability

Atolye is offered as it is, and it may change over time. As far as the law allows, LoreLabs is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
